We have to keep it completely real with you here babe:
All digital product sales are final and non refundable.
Because our digital products are delivered instantly upon purchase we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. Once that download hits your inbox it is yours gorgeous. This is standard across the entire digital product industry and not us being mean — we promise.
However — if you experience any of the following we absolutely want to hear from you:
Your download link is not working. Your files are corrupted or incomplete. You received the wrong product entirely.
In any of these cases please reach out to us at [your email address] and we will sort it out for you immediately. We are not here to leave you hanging.
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

We want you to LOVE everything you receive from us. Here is how we handle returns and exchanges for physical products:
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition. Sale items and crystals are final sale — no returns or exchanges. To initiate a return please contact us at [your email address] with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
Clothing exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for size or style issues. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. To request an exchange contact us at [your email address] with your order number and the details of what you would like to exchange for. Exchanges are subject to availability — if your requested item is not available we will offer store credit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Did something arrive damaged or not quite right? That is on us and we will fix it immediately. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photo of the damaged or incorrect item, your order number, and your full name and contact details.

STORE CREDIT
In some cases where a refund is not applicable we may offer store credit. Store credit never expires because abundance does not have an expiration date babe.
