Kundalini Reiki
This is possibly the simplest form of healing and self development system that exists!
By opening and strengthening the energy channels of the body, it is possible to channel healing Reiki energy to yourself and others, just by intention.
Kundalini means that certain healing channels and chakras have been opened and you have thereby gained access to the Earth Energy which is part of the universal source energy.
The root chakra which is the energy center located at the lower extremity of your spine acts as an entrance for the kundalini energy.
The kundalini energy is also referred to as “the kundalini fire”. Hereafter, the energy runs all the way up to the body, through your main energy channels, and out through the crown chakra.

What is Kundalini Energy?
Kundalini is a Sanskrit term that refers to coiled up energy that resides at the base of the spine. It’s depicted as a snake and is said to be the “life force” or consciousness that we’re all born with. Your Kundalini energy lays dormant at the base of your spine or your “root chakra” but can be activated through practices like Kundalini Reiki.
This holistic practice considers the body, mind, and spirit to be interconnected and is strongly tied to unblocking your “chakras” or energy centres. Once you begin to activate your Kundalini energy, “the snake” moves up the spine from the root chakra and exits through the crown chakra. This leads to a Kundalini awakening and is said to cleanse the body of physical, mental and emotional trauma.
What is the difference between Kundalini Reiki and Usui Reiki?
Because they both access the same source energy, they work together seamlessly. The primary difference that I have found is that Usui Reiki focuses on healing the person. Kundalini Reiki takes this a step further, allowing us to use this energy to cleanse environments and events.
It also allows us to infuse Reiki Energy into items for later use, and it allows us to channel the energy of various crystals into food and drink, and yes, people too. By placing those energies directly into someone’s body, allows the healing work to continue long after a Reiki session has ended.
What is Distance Reiki?
Distance Reiki is a form of Reiki where the energy is sent over a distance, both spatially and temporally, to a recipient who is not physically present. It works by leveraging the concept of interconnectedness, suggesting that we are all connected on an energetic level, regardless of physical separation.
What Does a Distant Reiki Session Entail?
Distant energy healings are held over an audio call. We can use the phone if you’re in the U.S. or Zoom if you’re living abroad. Video is not necessary for an energy healing or reading.
A healing begins with your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual goals. We discuss your current blocks, as well as what you hope to gain from this experience. From there, Michelle guides you into a relaxing meditative state to help your mind and body become receptive to energy balancing. This includes sound therapy in the background, while the healing is in session. Michelle is also a certified music therapist and will play frequencies and healing sounds that she is intuitively guided to enhance your Reiki healing.
Michelle will then intuitively and energetically connect with you. As she shares energy, you may feel warmth, coolness, tingling, or deep relaxation. You may have an emotional release, fall asleep or experience intuitive insight.
This process is guided by your consciousness (body, heart and soul) and your spirit guides. The focus will shift from session to session based on your intentions and how the intelligence of Reiki guides us.
After the session, you may feel refreshed, uplifted or lighter. As you’re detoxing for the next 1-2 days, you may also feel tired, and need extra rest and hydration. Every person reacts to Reiki slightly differently, and every session is unique.
After the energetic alignment, Michelle will share her observations from your chakras as well as any intuitive messages that she channels. She will mention any physical, mental, emotional or spiritual blockages that she notices. Intuitive messages may come through from the divine, ancestors, and her spirit guides and yours if they have any special messages for you. She will answer your questions regarding your energy field and discuss ways in which you can continue to balance your chakras with perspective shifts, meditations, and lifestyle changes.
Most recipients feel rejuvenated, lighter and relaxed. They report improved breathing patterns, a slower heart rate and feeling more present. They feel seen and heard, hopeful, and empowered.
DISTANT KUNDALINI REIKI HEALING SESSION
Michelle offers 20 minute Distant Healing sessions.
The distant healing method of Kundalini Reiki is used to give healing across time and space. Distant Reiki Healing can be sent as it is being done, or can be “programmed” to be sent at any time in the future or the past. Distant healing is ideal for treating past emotional traumas that are causing symptoms in the present. These healing sessions are conducted via phone or Zoom call. Video is not necessary for distant reiki healing.

KUNDALINI REIKI LEVELS 1-3
This is a strong energy that enlightens and heals everything in its path as long as they are no underlying unresolved problems.
The healing can be specifically targeted to heal physical and emotional diseases, karmic ties, traumatic crystals in the body, DNA strands, the trauma of birth, past life traumas and chakras unbalances.
GOLD REIKI
Gold Reiki brings joy and Light with its Golden light frequency. It takes away the darker and lower aspects and transmutes these into joy and Light.
These attunements are empowering to the self and the emotional body. It helps to dissolve sadness and worry. It amazing to let go of fear.

ETHEREAL CRYSTAL REIKI
You are attuned to the healing energies of approximately 60 crystals. You can gain access to a specific crystal’s energy and channel it by intention. This way you can give healings and attunements by using the energy of the crystals you are attuned to, and place them by intention and through visualization, or by thinking the Crystal’s name on the chakra’s of the recipient. The stone will disappear when the energy is no longer needed. In Ethereal Crystals, you are able to instantly place any ethereal crystal and gemstone you are attuned to, anywhere in your body or the body of others. The properties of this crystal will then manifest where you have placed it.
Ethereal Crystals can also be used in the “Hands On” type of treatment, where you can place Gemstones and Crystals directly on your body, or another persons body, so that the Healing Qualities of that particular Stone can assist in the Healing of a number of Ailments… An Ethereal Crystal healing can stand on its own or be used in combination with other healing methods.

This attunement consist of a manual with pictures of all the crystals you will be attuned to + certificate + support and guidance through e-mail. KUNDALINI REIKI ATTUNEMENT
Michelle offers group and private Kundalini Reiki attunements through distant attunement sessions.
After being attuned to Kundalini Reiki, you will be able to practice Kundalini Reiki on yourself. You will also be able to attune others to the energy.
The distant method of attuning is very convenient especially for those who are tight with time, it only takes half an hour per attunement (3 weekly attunements). Please check our shop for the full list of our Kundalini Reiki attunements.
WHAT TO EXPECT
In the first attunement, all of the knots and blocks in our chakras are removed (except for the root chakra). The main energy channel, from the crown chakra to the root chakra, is cleansed and prepared for the Kundalini awakening that you will experience in Kundalini Reiki 2.The heart chakra becomes enlarged.
In the second attunement, the Kundalini Reiki 1 attunement is strengthened and the base chakra is opened, the third eye is enlarged. The Kundalini is awakened and the main energy channels open gently and surely. The Kundalini reaches the solar plexus chakra, preparing for the full Kundalini rising in the third attunement.
In the third attunement, the throat, solar plexus, third eye and root chakras are opened wider. A full rising up of the Kundalini up to the crown chakra takes place. In this way, all the chakras are enlightened and a deep cleansing takes place that will continue over the following days.
STUDY MATERIALS
Michelle will forward the digital manual which explains in detail all of the healing modalities of Kundalini Reiki Healing. It is one of the simplest healing systems to learn, so you will be able to familiarize yourself with everything very quickly. You will receive a certificate of Kundalini Reiki Master level 1-3. Once you have tried all the healing methods on yourself you can then proceed on healing others and/or attune others, should you wish to do so.
